Search By Business Name


Using the Yellow Pages

To search for a business listing in the Yellow Pages:

  1. In the "Directories" tab, select the directory in which you want to search. (See "Select Directory" for more information about choosing directories.)

  2. In the "View" tab, in the "Section" drop-down list, select the Yellow Pages option.

  3. In the "Search by Business Name" button, enter the business name for which you want to search. You can enter the entire name or just the first few characters of the name.

  4. Click "Search".

    The business names that match your search criteria appear in the Results pane. If an exact match was not found, the closest possible match to your search request is returned.

  5. Click on the business name result to display the page in the window. The selection will be highlighted on the page.

Using the White Pages

To search for a business listing in the White Pages:

  1. In the "Directories" tab, select the directory in which you want to search. (See "Select Directory" for more information about choosing directories.)

  2. In the "View" tab, in the Section drop-down list, select the option that allows you to search the White Pages. Further selection criteria may be business or surrounding area.

    The "Search by Name" button opens.

  3. In the "Search by Name" button, enter the name for which you want to search. You can enter the entire name or just the first few characters of the name.

    Note: Information that you enter in a text field is not case sensitive. The application ignores case and returns results based on the criteria that you enter.

  4. Click "Search".

    The directory window displays the page with the information that matches your
    search criteria with the selection name highlighted.
